Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Dripstonz. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your profile, email address, and other account details up to date.

2. Your uploads and ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. By submitting content, you grant Dripstonz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to provide and promote the service.

You represent that you own your uploads or have all permissions required to upload, publish, license, and share them through Dripstonz. Do not upload stolen sample packs, uncleared copyrighted material, private files, malware, misleading content, or anything that violates another person's rights.

3. Downloads and creator licenses

Content made available for download may be subject to separate creator terms or license terms. Unless clearly stated otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, or claim downloaded content as your own.

You are responsible for making sure your use of any downloaded content complies with the applicable license and all laws.

4. Community rules

You agree not to harass others, impersonate people, manipulate likes, downloads, comments, follows, or rankings, attack the service, scrape at unreasonable volume, bypass security controls, or use Dripstonz for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

To reduce abuse, users may not create more than two support tickets per day from the same network. Repeated, duplicate, automated, or low-effort submissions may be treated as spam.

Comment spam is prohibited. Accounts that post repeated or excessive comments may receive a temporary commenting restriction, including a five-day commenting ban for detected spam.

Owner-designated accounts may receive internal notifications when temporary commenting restrictions are applied for moderation and safety review.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, hide packs, limit downloads, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when we believe a user has violated these Terms, created legal risk, abused the platform, or harmed the community. We may also remove content in response to credible rights complaints or security concerns.

6. Third-party services

Dripstonz may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, communication, support, analytics, or infrastructure. Your use of features connected to third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

Dripstonz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, become unavailable, or be removed. We do not guarantee that uploads, previews, analytics, downloads, rankings, or support features will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dripstonz disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service. Dripstonz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Account deletion

You may request or perform account deletion through the settings area when available. Deleting an account may remove profile information and user-owned records from the active service, but some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, security records, support history, or where retention is required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

10. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dripstonz changes. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the website or account experience. Continued use of Dripstonz after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
